Metal ceramic crowns and bridges

Synspar porcelain from Jeneric-Pentron (USA) is used.

Both the aesthetics and the strength of the material makes it the best alternative. It is almost full-synthetic. That means high and even quality. It has extremly small crystals and a high density after firing. The porcelain can with simple means be polished to high gloss in the mouth after a correction grinding.
Softspar, new incisal porcelain  kinder to opposing dentition. High fusing porcelain with the benefits of low fusing ceramics without the cons.
Opal incisal porcelain has made it easier to make naturally looking restorations.

Sorry, the text on the picture is in swedish, but you can probably interpret it anyway.

Three types of metal ceramics are produced:

1.Direct connected porcelain facial and approximaly. Both gold and porcelain goes down to the margin.
   Visible gold lingually.
   Chamfer preparation is best suited.

2.Margin porcelain. Visible gold lingually. Margin preparation.

3.Margin porcelain all the way around the preparation. No visible gold. Everything coverd with porcelain.
Can be adopted to both crowns and bridges.
   Very elegant and sturdy.

Bridge totally porcelain-covered.
